How to request an electronic certificate

Here are the steps to obtain an electronic certificate through EADTrust:

1. Application

To start the process of creating your electronic certificate, we invite you to contact our support team. You can contact us in different ways:

Completing the form that you will find in the “X”.

Once we receive your contact information, our team will evaluate your needs and send you all the necessary information and documentation about the certificate you require. We are committed to providing you with a personalized and efficient service, so contact us if you have any questions or need additional assistance at any time.

2. Payment of the certificate

Before proceeding with the processing of the certificate, the client must proceed with the payment. This can be done in the following ways:

By bank transfer to the account specified by EADTrust, from an account in which the customer is listed as the account holder.

By money order sent to the offices of EADTrust, in which the customer is listed as the holder of the money order.

3. Submission of documentation

Once payment is confirmed, an email will be sent with the necessary documentation to continue the certificate creation process.

4. Signing of the contract

Once we have received all the necessary documentation, we will proceed to send you the contract corresponding to your certificate, which will contain all the data you have provided us. We ask you to carefully review the document to make sure that all the information is correct. Once verified, you may proceed to sign the contract as follows:

On-site signature:
You can come to our offices in Madrid to sign the contract in person. It is essential to make an appointment in advance to guarantee your attention. Our address is: c/ Méntrida, 6, 28043 Madrid.

Electronic signature:
You also have the option of signing the contract digitally using a qualified signature. You must have a qualified certificate issued by a trusted service provider, which may have been obtained in person, via wallet, videoconference or another method authorized by the eIDAS regulation. Signature before a notary:
As a third option, it can be legitimised by signing before a notary, who will identify you and attest both your presence and the validity of the signature.

5. Issuance of the certificate

Once we have received the signed contract, we will proceed to start the process of creating the requested certificate. During this phase, we will use all the information provided to configure the certificate according to your needs and current regulations. Our team will verify every detail, ensuring maximum accuracy and security in the issuance of the certificate. In addition, we will ensure that any additional aspects or queries that arise during the process are immediately addressed to complete the creation of the certificate in an efficient manner.

6. Notification and delivery

Once the process of creating your electronic certificate is finished, we will proceed to deliver it to you through the corresponding method, according to the signature option you have selected:

Immediate delivery in case of signing in person: If you have signed the contract in person at our offices, you will receive your certificate the same day, by sending you the access codes by SMS.

Digital delivery in case of telematic signature: If you have signed the contract telematically, you will receive the certificate by e-mail, while the access keys will be sent to you by SMS message.

Delivery on physical device: If you have requested your certificate on a physical device, it will be sent by registered letter to the address indicated. In addition, you will receive an email confirming the delivery, and the keys of the device will be sent to you by SMS to guarantee the security of the access.
